About Jim

Whether purchasing a new home or selling an existing one, your relationship with your agent is crucial. It’s a very good idea to know a little bit about the person you are doing business with. First and foremost, I love what I do for a living. I have been very blessed to work with all types of clients, from first time homebuyers to experienced real estate investors and everyone in between during my 23 plus years tenure in the real estate industry. In 2003, I started my career as an independent agent working for a large firm, followed up with the opportunity to become Sales Manager for a multi-million-dollar home developer. In August 2017, I cultivated my own team of agents in the Charlotte, NC area and due to my success there, I opened my own Real Estate firm in 2019.  As life goes, my plans were thwarted. My mother reached out to me and needed my help. So, in 2020 I left my home of 23 years in North Carolina and moved to the Ocala region of Florida to become a caregiver for my mom, beginning a new chapter in my real estate career. From 2020-2023, I was the Manager and Trainer/Coach for a local real estate brokerage firm there.  Prior to moving and becoming Real Estate Manager, my production was between 5-10 million per year.  Recently, my mother passed, I got engaged and moved to Palm Coast, now covering the St. Augustine/Palm Coast/Daytona Region with NorthGroup Real Estate. Palm Coast is my new and final home, and I am excited to bring my skills and expertise to my future clients here, like you.
